CheatEngine Download without PUA/Installcore

Hi,

CheatEngine distributes an installer with adware/malware, but I wanted to use it. So reversed the original installer download url, so you also dont install malware with it. (If you dont trust, do it yourself: MITM the installer in a vm or use for example any.run)

The download link can change at anytime (with a new installer for example).
