A woman is someone born female, with XX chromosomes and no Y chromosome, leading to female reproductive organs and ova production. While rare chromosomal anomalies exist, people with them are still classified within the male/female binary. This is the scientific consensus.

Claiming a man is a woman solely because he acts "feminine" is misleading and harmful. Females are naturally less strong than males, even if the male wears a dress.
Denying biological differences and erasing sex-separated spaces greatly increases the risk of assault. Men who believe they are a "woman" are over 300 times more likely to rape and murder innocents than women. Thus, allowing them into women's spaces is a serious safety risk. Why would you want that for us?   Would you let a wolf in sheep's clothing into a sheep pen? No, because it's a threat to the sheep. It doesn't mean you're a bigot that hates wolves.   Wearing a dress and makeup doesn't make someone a woman, many women don't do those things but are still women by virtue of their female biology. If "femininity" defines womanhood, then women who aren't "feminine" aren't real women. This is an insult to me, to tomboys, and to any nonconformist woman.

We use "tranny” as an insult simply because it's viewed negatively, not because we believe being a tranny is possible or that the woman being insulted isn't a woman. It's just an insult, plain and simple. Calling someone a "gender-confused person" doesn't have the same ring to it.

Using "she" for a man hurts innocent people. Censorship is anti-freedom.
